Large white area after inserting a photo

I recently inserted a small photo on the website I am working on, but no matter what it ends up having a huge margin top and bottom (1000×69).

I’ve tried putting margin top, bottom to 0px, and height & width 0px within the P tag if it would help. Neither did.

Would anyone be able to have a look?
