• I get an error-message “Zu viele Weiterleitungen” I think in english “To much redirections” and it is impossible to go to the dasboard.

Is there any possibility to delete a file or plugin via FTP on my server. And which should I delete.

    Thanks in advance
    regards
    Herb

  • You need to find out which plugin is causing the error. For that, deactivate all plugins, activate them one by one while checking if a particular plugin is causing the problem. Delete the one that causes the error.

You can do it by using FTP or cPanel/ File Manager provided by your host.

OK, can You tell me what will happen with the data?
As a sample: In case I delete or rename the Plugin wp-events with lot of Events in the future. Will I loose them?

All data are stored in your database. You will not lose them.
