[Plugin: kk Star Ratings] An error occured! – error

I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this error that only seems to happen on the front page of my blog “An error ocurred!” It also puts in the default message.

Works great on the other pages.

I know that there is a disclaimer stating that it may not be compatable with all themes, but I thought I would ask anyway since I love the plugin.
