[Plugin: Display Posts Shortcode] Will not sort alphabetically?

Hi,
Loving this plugin, does just what I need. However, I can’t get it to sort alphabetically. I’ve tried changing ASC to DESC, and removing altogether, and it continues to place the most recently added item at the top. I tried changing to the default TwentyEleven theme, and it makes no difference. Any ideas?
