Is there a plugin to assign users/authors to a particular admin?

  • I would like to give certain users a new role like Author Admin. I would like to be able to give this role the ability to add new authors and set up a new category for a new author to post to. Then i would like to limit the Author Admin ability to only be able to manage the authors they added. I would like to do a similar thing for a Subscriber Admin

    Anyone know of such a plugin, or a way of doing this?
