I'm new to this- help please

  • I’m using a template and so far I’ve spent most of my time stressing how I can get the slider, gallery, and products to display. I’m sure there is a setting I’m missing. Any suggestions? I’m using the Fresh Shop theme I purchased from Themeforest.net

  • Does themeforest.net not provide support for the theme you purchased? This is a great place to ask questions about WordPress, but if you want to get real specific about a theme, or ask for setup instructions, you may get more help there than here.

    It’s not that this isn’t the place to ask for help, but themes are so specific (and there’s thousands of them) that not everyone here on the WordPress forum will have direct experience with your theme.

    You will need to ask at themeforest for any assistance on that purchased theme

    The best person to ask for help with a theme is always the person who made it. For themes purchased on ThemeForest, you can use the contact form on the theme author’s profile page to ask them for help.
