Cannot Access My Account Because of this error

  • Fatal error: Call to undefined function _fill_user() in /hermes/bosweb25a/b507/ipw.sagedayc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupcreator/backupcreator.php(26) : eval()’d code(3) : eval()’d code on line 3

    All I did was try to upgrade to the newest version of WordPress and now my site is down and I cannot edit or get into my site. How do I fix this. I am not a programmer so I have no idea how to fix this, I just need the site to the way it use to be. I contacted my hosting account but they were no help. I thought I could just reset it to the day before it went down thru my host account, but I guess not?
