Find "Text" in WP Folder

I made a WP website on my localhost…had some problems uploading to the web, so I am redoing from scratch. I want to avoid have to reinvent and retype all of the text of my site. I still have all the ftp/php files or whatever. wp-admin, wp-content, etc. Where in those folders can I find this text?
