Visual Editor no Icons-Blank boxes

    I can no longer see my icons for visual editor. I can see the boxes, but I need to hover over each to get the hint to tell me what each one is.

    How do I get the icons back?

    Clarification: This is when I am working on either Posts or Pages.

    As there’s a resolved flag on this but no resolution, I thought I’d thrown my 2 cents in. I had this same problem in a fresh install. It turned out that when I was uploading the files through FTP, the images used on the buttons were not uploaded.

    I went to the updates page and reinstalled WordPress, and everything is now fine.
