こちらは予定はないですね。
こういった要素が連動するものは、汎用性を持たせるのが非常に難しいのです。
なので、jQueryでご自身で実装していただく必要があります

1. “Uploading file” is comming? like “inquiry form creator”‘s one.
2. “Conditional branch” by a value of select box.

2. No. That kind of function is difficult to let plugin have flexibility.
You should make that by jQuery.
