Bluehost – Can′t update any page on my webpage.

  • Now Im having a problem – I haven added new plugins recently and made some changes… which is why this problem is very odd. I tried updateing a page on my webpage, I entered the new info and clicked on “Publish” nothing happened, the new info I entered disappeared and the page was not updated.

    Can you pleas help?

  • Have you tried disabling some of the newer plugins? You also want to make sure after every change you clear your cookies and cache.

    yes I have done that…does not work. Also I change my Permalink Settings from “Day and name” to “Post name” and nothing ??

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
