Question About Links To Other Sites. Help!

    I am kinda new to WordPress and have a few questions about linking to another Website.

    What I have is this, I joined an Affiliate Program where I have a VOD Site. I had created a custom Site through their process, but I want to be able to link to it. I had an idea of placing a Text Link within the Header of my Theme. I know I could just Go into my header.php file and code it myself, but I was wondering if that’s a good idea, or maybe their is a widget for that. I have added a Widget area in my header.

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • You can chose themes which have pre-built slots for ads and codes, use text widgets wherever possible, or use child themes to insert codes and customize themes. If your current theme does not work, try a different theme.
