Correct. Yesterday, everything was working fine. But I had to restart from zero again today and now it’s not working.

Can you try installing the Configure SMTP plugin and see if that makes a difference?

Since the emails get sent to the buyer, it shows that the plugin is working fine (I’m pretty sure), so it’s probably a problem with email routing to your address. Configure SMTP tends to fix this.
