[Plugin: Яндекс.Метрика] FIXED: Deprecation error, undefined notices

Changes:
– has_cap() deprecation notice: changed numeric ‘userlevel’ to string capability name
– notices for undefined array elements: added checks
+ new Yandex counter code

Now works on WP 3.2.1 and probably higher.
