*** ERROR: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character ***

  • Dear All,

    I hope someone can help me to resolve this issue. Everything was working fine until yesterday and I’m having this problem after updating new Pinnion question. I use Pinnion plug-in to ask questions and my blog visitors answers the questions.

    I have tried following steps to resolve but it wasn’t helpful :

    1. Deleted last Pinnion question and went back to previous question and it didn’t help
    2. Created a new page on wordpress blog and then posted only old question which was working and it didn’t help
    3. Created new Pinnion account and tried posting questions and it didn’t help

  • No Bumping
    Do not bump posts. Bumping a post to “the top” does not help your topic get noticed. The volunteers who try to answer questions look for those without replies first. If you bump a post, then it disappears from the “No Replies” view. DO NOT BUMP.

    Moderators will delete bumps they find. This is in order to help you get back into the No Replies listing, where you are more likely to get an answer.

    The first step, when you have a problem with a plugin, is to turn off that plugin. See if it’s something that went weird with it.

    If that solves the issue, then we can start poking around your DB to see if we can delete the bad questions.
