WP Posts with videos dont work in FB

I need help getting vids from multiple sources to share over and be playable in Facebook. Youtube vids posted to my WP site were the only ones up to 3hrs ago that worked now that has stopped and only a thumbnail populates.

I dont know where else to look for help. I have been begging this forum for help for at least 6 mos. Will someone please help me?
