[Plugin: Testimonials Widget] Calling the plugin withing another

I was expecting to be able to use the short code text to call the plug in within any text area. In particular I have the WP Footer Ad Pro running and wanted to use it to display testimonials at the bottom of the screen (you can see this at https://www.first-aid-course.info).
How do I achieve this?
