[Plugin: Better WP Security] Content folder problem with eGamer theme now showing score

Hi there, i am owner of a couple days started gaming webiste.Here is the problem:

I am using eGamer theme wich has options to show game reviews and a lot more. Everything is working fine, but when i try to show game rating, the image wont show.

When i disable better security image is visible, but when i turn it on, it isnt. Can u please tell me what to do.
Image is stored by deafult at wp-content folder, and i have renamed it with plugin for security reasons. Can i make any modification
