[Plugin: WP-Cumulus] Color not changing

I looked at a previous similar issue a while back but did not find the answer I need.
I have gone to BOTH the editor for the plugin, wp-cumulus/wp-cumulus.php,
&
within the Setting/Display to replace anywhere 000000 or whatever looked like the hex code for black and replaced it with ff9933 but no luck, the (beautiful) Cumulus cloud remains black.https://piermarton.info/?s=hedges&x=0&y=0
