Jetpack Subscribe Widget – remove my email from display

Hi..I have jetpack subscribe widget in my sidebar, and it’s showing my email address as a prompt for others to put their address in the subscribe box. I’d rather it didn’t. I’m assuming it’s pulling it in from my user profile (?) so I can’t delete my own email address, but can I delete the email that shows in the box so it’s empty instead? I’ve looked through the editor for jetpack subscriptions, but I just can’t find what I’m looking for….
