[Plugin: Hide User Profile Fields] I can't find the settings area for hide user profile fields

Hi! This plugin looks great, and much needed.
In the instructions, you say “Once the plugin itself is installed, navigate to the ‘Hide User-Profile Fields’ Settings menu, check the lone checkbox, and click ‘Update Options’.” Can you tell me where this is? It doesn’t seem to be showing up on my wp backend.
