How to improve theme/blog security?

Hi,

I’m asking this question because i was hacked 2 times in… 4 days. Yay!

Seriously, i don’t know where is the security fail. My theme is no more updated by the author but i love him so much, i do not want to change to another, so i would like to know some ways to improve his security…

I’m not good at PHP, so it’s difficult to me to check this things, but there is any way to see where is the problem? I don’t even know if the security problem comes from my theme. It’s quite frustrating to have our blog hacked every week by fuc**** people who has no more to do than that.
