Monitor/moderate comments

Hey,

When you are logged in as an admin on your WordPress website you can edit/mark as spam/delete comments in the dashboard. I was wondering if there’s a way to do this on the front end, on the post itself?

I tried the WP Ajax Edit Comments plugin but that gave some issues with my website’s theme. Are there any substitute plugin that I was unable to find? Or is there a code trick to get the items on the front end?
