• When I tried to upload the newest version of WP (3.4.2) and a couple of plugin updates, my site disappeared and I could not get into my WP Admin page. I called my host (GODaddy) 2x and they fixed the problem temporarily by changing the name of the htaccess file that was uploaded (and apparently damaged) when attempting to upload the plugin and version updates. My website came back online (www.clientinteraction.com), but every time I tried to go into my WP admin page, the 403 forbidden error came back (the last time, it was a 404 page not found error.

    Please help me!!!
    Kathy

  • Deactivate all plugins, delete inactive plugins and revert to Twenty Eleven theme. Use FTP or cPanel / File Manager at your hosting account for making the changes if you cannot login to your WP dashboard.
