    You may have to do this with jQuery, have you any knowledge of jQuery and have you a Child Theme?

    Under Appearance > Menus expand the menu entries you want to open in new tab and check the box “Open link in a new window/tab”.

    If you don’t see it hit the “Screen Options” link in the upper-right corner and check the box “Link Target”.

    You can try WP links which makes the target=”_blank” attribute parse sitewide on all external urls
