[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] Search two categories at once?

But if I wanted to set it so the site displays three parent categories (with children as dropdowns), how would I do that?

I’m basically trying to dynamically generate the dropdown search like the functionality here (but with searching three categories at a time, not separately)
