Edit Image in Media Library shows broken image link

  • Hey all,

    I have a problem with the Edit Image feature of WordPress. At first the preview image will appear correctly, however after around 5 seconds it would disappear and be replaced by a broken image link:

    I have tried deactivating all plugins & switching back to TwentyEleven but problem persists.

    I’ve attempted the following solution, but it seems to do nothing. Also I have a mix between HTML and PHP in my functions.php – mainly to print out large chunks of HTML formatting (like the comment section for instance):

    Any clue why this is? It’s driving me bonkers because I rely on editing the thumbnail crop ??
