URGENT! – How to Deactivate Maven Member User Permissions via PHP MyAdmin

One of my clients’ users who had admin access to the WordPress site has messed up passwords or permissions using Maven Member.
As a result i’m unable to login even with an admin password as I get a message saying “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
As Site admin, I still have Ftp access and PHP My Admin access to the site.
I tried removing the plugin via ftp but obviously it didn’t work, since permissions are set in the mysql database.
Is there any way i can deactivate the permissions set by maven Member so my regular wordpress admin permissions are restored?
Would appreciate any help, its urgent!
