[Plugin: GD Star Rating] Does Not Work With Custom Taxonomies? Cache Issue

I’ve got a serious problem with GD not working with Cache Support turned on.

I’ve built a review site using custom taxonomies. When you click on the taxonomies category, GD Ratings will appear correctly on the listing page of the articles that pull the rating using a custom template, but if you load the detail page for the article, I just get a “GD Star Loading”.

Turn off Cache support, everything works fine. I’ve turned off all plugins, and even removed all the code except for the WP Query code and the GD Template code and it still will just do the GD Star Loading box and nothing else until I turn off Cache support.

I’ve tried everything I can think of and it’s basically not working, even during a right out of the box install.

Can someone please help me. I need GD for rating and need W3 Total Cache to work with this plugin so I can take the page loads times down and cache some database calls so the site doesn’t go to a crawl. I’ve spent 3 hours trying all the solutions that I can find from various google searches and from the few FAQ’s and nothing has worked or the links point to 404’s on the dev site which is really annoying.

Also, may I make the suggestion that you make your forums area on the Dev4Press free and outside the paywall so maybe we can find solutions and tutorials among other users of the software who may have solved a problem. There are several forum post I found that I think may have an answer, but having to pay $150 just to read it is a little unreasonable forcing me to post here on WordPress instead of the authors website and hoping to get an answer that may just be a simple fix.
