[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Serving only the html and mirror static content

Hi fellows,

First of all, let me congratulate for this great plugin. It is poor magic :).

Is it possible to mirror the static content to other servers. It could be useful for big sites that need to distribute the broadband between two or more data centers. Also serving only the html would make the site way more secure and fast. So two questions:

1) Is it possible to serve only the static content without using php?
2) Is it possible to mirror that static content and serve it from other webserver located in other data center.

Images and content uploaded to the main server could be easily distributed via rsync to the data centers. Same would work for the cache files.
