[Plugin: Announcements Ticker] Can't get to Work

Hi, I just can’t seem to get this to work. It’s installed, and I’ve configured the settings and added a couple test “Announcements” and finally added [Announcement] shortcode but nothing. I’ve added the shortcode to widget area, page, and post.

Any suggestions?
