Creating and adding a static content page

  • Hello,

    I’m still new to WordPress and my site is still under development, but if someone could help me out with this I’ll be more then grateful.

    On another WordPress site I’ve seen this static content frame which I would like to replicate and implement on my site.

    It’s located on this site ( https://www.marketingarchitects.com) and it starts with the Nobody gets you title…

    Does somebody know using which program or software was it designed and how to I implement the next and back button. Was it designed in flash? Photoshop? or using some plugging’s and tools in WordPress.
