[Plugin: BP GTM System] BP GTM Breaks Primary Website Navigation (Main WP NavBar)

Activating BP GTM causes the main NavBar to no longer display sub-pages. I’ve tried numerous configurations and even a navigation JQuery plugin, and this happens to everything I tried.
I’d appreciate any advice to resolve this.
