Contact Form 7 not sending emails

The form indicates that it was submitted successfully, but the recipient never receives the email with the form information. Checked Junk folder and spam filter, and was not in there. Disabling all other plugins did not fix it. I also took the same form code and dropped it in another hosted account, and it worked fine. The form was working fine for several weeks, but stopped working today.
