Feed is not available

Hi, I have gone through the section of feeds, but my feeds are not visible in the browser. I am using a permalink structure, but when I type “/feed/” after the main URL, a screen opens as if my computer needs to download something, and the feed is not displayed. This happens with the main URL, post URLs, comments URL, etc.

I used to have an identical site with the same theme running, and at that time it worked well. I have no idea how to fix this or what went wrong.
