Poll Plugin

Hello,

After extensive research I have not found a plugin I need.

I need a poll that can have both a radio button and a text box for a write in vote.

I have edited the wp-poll plugin to accept text answers but it is not validating (I follow these instructions, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-wp-polls-need-help-with-adding-input-text-field). When the user fills the textfield without selecting the radio buttons it’s showing the “Please choose a valid poll answer”.

Does anyone have a fix or another plugin that will work.
