[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Different delivery mode for two categories select menu

This plugin is excellent innovation, and especially intuitive and free! thank you
I have two small questions:
Is it possible to change the display order of categories (which are displayed using a standard widget widget-product_categories).

Second question:
I have two product categories (e-liquid) and (e-cigarette)
I would like each of these categories have their own mode of delivery but not the same price.
I can not do? Can help me
