[Plugin: BuddyPress Groupblog] Bp-Groupblog does not show in plugins

Running Wp 3.5alpha and nightly buddypress/bbpress. I do have sub-folder network mode activated for WP multisite.

I uploaded the bp-groupblog to my plugins folder

When I visit my primary site id=1 plugins folder, bp-groupblog is not listed anywhere to activate.

If I visit the network admin, then I am able to network activate bp-groupblogs.

Is This normal?

Directions say to activate groupblogs through plugins, but do not mention network activation. Not sure if this is an error, or something I am missing.
