Share and Follow – download link not working

Hi anyone have a clue how to get the last version of Share and Follow plugin – https://share-and-follow.com ? The download link on original page https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/share-and-follow/ seems to be down for months. Or perhaps someone having the latest version could send it to me on contact email on my page https://www.janzikmund.eu ? Important for me is to get the version having G+ support. Thanks a lot !
