[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Adding "The excerpt" to sidebar widget?

    Hmm… possibly. Really, I just want to get the “excerpt” working. Right now there doesn’t seem to be way to control what the excerpt of an event is. Is there?

    Hey Nick. At this point the widget doesn’t come with the excerpt enabled out of the box, no…while this could likely be added with some customization this is sadly outside the scope of what I can provide support on here. But have you checked out the tutorial on how to fully customize widgets (https://tri.be/how-to-completely-customize-widgets/)? Might that point you in the right direction?
