[Plugin: New User Approve] Russian translation and feature request

I also ask you to implement a Mail templates feature.
For example:
I need to change a link to login page in the letter after approval. Currently it is hardcoded as https://[blog url]/wp-login.php. It would be very cool to change this link through admin interface.
