Tags as keywords?

  • When I post an article on my site, it is very much necessary for me get a Google search result for that post by its own keywords.
    But there is no option for separate keywords for a each post or article, in WP.
    Or if it does exist, I don’t know about it.
    Is it possible in WP?
    Are the tags used in each separate post act themselves as keywords for that specific post?

    Please explain anybody…
