[Plugin: WP-Markdown] Enable in custom fileds and preview tab

Hi, thank you for this essential plugin. Two questions:
1. I’m wondering how to enable wp-markdown in custom fileds textarea. I’m actually using Custom Field Suite.

2. I’m wondering if there’s a way to get the preview (rendered markup) in a tab instead of the bottom of the editing area.
