Setting author under entry title Twenty Eleven

    I have some questions that I hope you jedis could help med with.

    I basically have made a design on how I want the site to look, and this is me jerking away trying to make it similar. Its easier if you look at the link on design to understand my questions.

    1. How can I add “By Lasse Olsen” under the entry title?

    2. How can I add a short ingress under the entry title? Maybe its easiest to use Custom Fields?

    3. Recon to have a slider on top of the entry title. Do you guys think https://www.woothemes.com/wooslider/ is a good way to go, or do you guys have anything else. Its not supposed to slide by itself, but if a user wants to click through they can.
