[Plugin: Contact Form 7 – Campaign Monitor Addon] Date (dropdowns) Custom Field

Hi There,

I’m using campaign monitor and my client wants to use a custom field for birthday.
I set up one using Date type in campaign monitor but can’t get the date to work with wordpress.

I tried to use this methode:

but cant get the date (but got my other text custom field).

Any ideas?
