[Plugin: WP Admin Custom Page] Custom page as separate menu item?

Hi
is it possible to move the custom admin page from Dashboard to a separate admin menu item? Ie. I’d like to have a separate FAQ section with a custom page there. I’d also like to know if the plugin will be developed/tested with WP 3.4.2 any soon?
