WP RSS Aggregator not updating

  • Hi,

    I installed WP RSS Aggregator on my website https://www.comicsninja.com and the RSS feeds are not updating. I had read elsewhere that I should turn off my Cache plugins. I have deactivated them and the rss feeds are still not updating. Is their a basic caching function on WordPress that I need to turn off as well or is there possibly another issue stopping the rss feeds from updating?
