[Plugin: Events Manager] Remove event start time from WP FullCalendar

    Hi,

    Thank you for this excellent plugin, but I find quite difficult to make some customizations.
    I am scratching my head to remove the event start date from the full calendar display and instead of that to display the category name assigned to the events( each event has assign a certain category ).
    Can you help me please with this?

    Hi Marcus,

    Thank you for your fast answer.
    I am developing locally on my machine for now.
    What I am trying to change is this:
    In the full calendar view instead of:
    6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – a very long event name
    I want to display:
    X – a very long… ( where X is the category assigned to the event and the event name is truncated)

    thanks, do you have a sample screenshots instead? and can I know where is this? e.g. month, week or day view?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your fast answer.
    This is in both month/week view.
    For example for this plugin demo: https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/calendar/ I want to customize it e.g instead of: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Lindsey Buckingham I would like to display Guitarist: Lindsey Bucki…
    Where Guitarist is a category assigned to that event.

    As per the category from the demo it would display: Rock: Lindsay Bucki…

    have you tried in settings > general > full calendar options > Event title format

    e.g. #_CATEGORYNAME: #_EVENTNAME
