[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Social networking enabled comment system.

The main page for Jetpack says that one of the features that it includes is Social networking enabled comment system. We just installed it on a blog and this doesn’t seem to be happening. In looking at the jetpack options to be configured from the Dashboard, this does not appear. There is an option for sharing blog content to FB, but not this. I am familiar with the arrangement on WordPress.com where this feature automatically appears when someone attempts to post a comment. Is there something that we need to do to enable it with Jetpack?
