[Plugin: Business Directory Plugin] problem on submitting new list from front end !!

Sorry that you’re having trouble here.

This could be a couple of things:
1) Check for a plugin or theme conflict first. Here’s how to do that: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/ Report back with what you find.

2) If that doesn’t yield anything, try changing your directory slug to something else in BD admin settings. Like “foo”. If you have a directory slug that conflicts with any other page on your site, you’ll get 404 errors because of it.

hi thanks for responding in fact i tested it in a fresh copy with zero plugins installed by my cpanel softaculous (good to avoid any human error during installation)

this mean that

– no plugin conflict possible since i didn`t install any plugin yet yet

– i used a different domains and slugs there is no slug conflict at all !

i guess we have some bug here!
